With the shift in working modules, i.e- working from home, how are the leaders or the workforce handling this emotionally? Keeping their concerns and problems in mind, Brand Leaders Nepal organized a webinar about “Emotional Impact on employees during and after COVID-19” on 27th May, 2020, in partnership with Digital Advantage, and powered by merojob.com, to discuss anxiety and emotional challenges the workforce could be dealing with. The webinar was moderated by Mr. Arvindra Ranjit, Brand Leaders Nepal, and the panelists for this webinar were Ms. Divya Singh, HR professional, Mr. Kalyan Adhikari, CCO, Merokirana, Ms. Richa Pandey, Head of Human Resource department,  Macchapucchre Bank Limited along with Mr. Sagar Satyal, CO-Founder of My Emotions Matter. 

 

The employers are facing the intricate task of motivating the workforce to work from home, and sustain the work life balance, as well as convincing the workforce to resume the Pre-Covid work style has not been easy for employers. The webinar stressed the importance of casual communication with the employees as they have certain expectations from their leaders during these uncertain times.
